Reservations can be booked until September 20, 2024 at 5:00pm EST.
If you would like to book over the phone, please call the group line at 1-800-347-9092 (mention the Alternative Asset Summit group at the Orange Tree Resort to receive the discounted group rate. Hotel office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 10:00PM EST and Saturday – Sunday 9:00 – 9:00PM EST.
Here are a few reminders for when booking reservations:
- A 2-night minimum is required for all reservations. Reservations will not be accepted that do not meet the minimum night requirement.
- One night plus tax is due to reserve a room. The remaining balance will be due at check-in.
- A security deposit of $250.00 is required per reservation. Deposit will be released at check-out if there are no incidentals or damages to rooms or property.
- Guests may cancel up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Reservations cancelled less than fourteen (14) days from the day of arrival, no shows and early departures will not receive any refunds.
- If making reservations by phone, guests must call the group phone (1-800-347-9092) number to receive the discounted rate.
- You must be 21 or older to check-in.
- Daily housekeeping is not included.
Temperatures range from highs near 86 and lows near 60. On average, there is 5% or less chance of rain this time of the year.

Because of our VERY limited seating, every person must purchase a ticket to get into the event.
We are not offering transfer of tickets.

Accessible self-parking
Located minutes away near Old Town and North Scottsdale, the hotel sits just around the corner from the Paradise Valley premier shopping and eating experience. And just a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale or the Scottsdale Quarter for fine dining and entertainment.
The dress code is business casual for the event. Our meeting room WILL be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater, wrap, or jacket.
We are not offering refunds at this time.
