Da-zha Jones, MSFP, CFT, CEPA , CFP is the Chief Product Officer at Melanin Money. She leads the strategic development of our financial planning frameworks and the hands-on coaching of the team responsible for delivering client outcomes. Her role blends product design with day-to-day leadership, ensuring both clients and financial professionals are fully supported. While overseeing financial planning and client success, she continues to work directly with select high-net-worth clients. This client work informs how we design, refine, and scale solutions across our broader client base.
