Ted Head
Ted Head is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in fund management and AI operations. Currently, he serves as Senior Vice President of Business Operations at MovableType.Ai, an AI platform for rapid book creation, and SubTo Fund LLC, a multifamily investment fund under Mathis LLC, managing a multi-billion-dollar growth trajectory. Under his leadership, the fund is on a path to manage multi-billion dollar assets in some of America’s hottest real estate markets. His expertise in navigating value-add multifamily investments has been pivotal in the fund’s success since September 2022. Since June 2022, Ted has also led operations at Mathis AI, overseeing systems across several entities, including Purpose Founder, SquadUp Management, and KeyGlee Fund.
